This book examines the automated control process, mechanical systems, and tries to know the various process. Then, we have tried to know about field equipment of control systems such as sensors, switches, actuators, dampers, valves, etc. In addition, we have studied different control systems and we have proposed various control methods for a different process, with mathematical functions. It also studies conducting accurate calculation with PID and the methods for gaining parameters. In another part of the book, we have studied various types of protocols in the field layer to manage and control them. We have verified communication method with various types of protocols in above-mentioned layers. Finally, we have described the important security systems such as video surveillance systems, access control, perimeter intrusion detection systems, and safety systems including fire alarm systems, emergency exit systems. This project was a big operation on telecommunication infrastructures such as FTTH, wireless. It included some services such as video door phone intercom system, IPTV, phone and internet cables, security systems such as video surveillance, safety systems such as public address, and intra-system communication. The project included some residential and commercial towers. Each tower had 500 units, we were supposed to work on 9 towers for the first phase of the project. The contract was concluded in EPC form. Accurate designs and simulations were prepared for systems such as wireless network, video surveillance, and public address systems. Then, the list of materials (LOM) was prepared and the materials was selected from European brands. We have worked on the project according to the schedules. We have produced some specialized applications for Android and IOS platforms in order to be responsive to the Client and establish interior communication.

Iran Mall is one of the 10 biggest malls in the world. The first phase of this project started off with a construction area of one million and 200 thousand square meters and the second phase with one million square meters. The 70-story commercial tower consisted of many commercial and office facilities. This mall has a very special design and architecture. It has plenty of sports venues such as ice rink, volleyball and basketball courts, sports halls, tennis courts. Iran mall has a vast environment for certain plants such as a garden, cascades and green spaces. In addition, it has a Fashion Node, Crystal Node and a large luxurious hotel. The design of all 35 intelligent safety and security systems and any task for tender, including the preparation and its execution were all carried out within two years. First, many documents were produced to analyze the technologies used in each system and their advantages and disadvantages. They were given to the employer for decision-making. I have managed the project with a team of 35 persons at the project site. All documents including any calculation about systems simulation, design and implementation methods, equipment layout, control and monitoring methods, integration, list of materials, list of services, and maintenance and warranty requirements were produced in Persian and English languages. In the project, about 15,000 pages of documents were produced in two languages and in several volumes for international tender held in Dubai. The systems used in this project include: Communications and Telecommunication (active and passive infrastructures of the network (GPON P2P), wireless, master clock, data centers, mobile coverage, VOIP, tray calculation, mast tower, floor and roof infrastructure) security systems (access control, video surveillance, perimeter intrusion, RFID, X-ray, navigation and tracking, security gates), Entertainment Systems (augmented reality, IPTV, smart advertising and musical fountains), Smart Guide (people counting, parking management, access control, digital signage and visitor guide), Instrumentation and Control ( building management system, intelligent hotel management, SCADA, power plants, power stations, and intelligent lighting) and safety systems (emergency lighting, ice melting, UPS, public address, fire alarm and water leak detection).
Intelligent Building Management System (BMS) consists only of about 200,000 IOs, run by the Siemens brand and with the BACnet protocol.

Almas Jamshidieh is a luxury residential building in the best part of Tehran. Telecommunication systems (FTTH and FTTH antennas), security systems (video surveillance and access control), safety systems (fire alarm system) and control systems (building management system (BMS), home automation) were used in this project. The contract was concluded as EPC. Because of the good performance of our company, we were proposed to provide the fire protection services of steel structure under an EPC contract. The Schneider brand equipment was used in the intelligent management system of this project. The home automation system was implemented for units and BMS was implemented with the KNX protocol for common places. All standard licenses were obtained from the firefighting organization and the municipality for this project.
MAPNA power plants
Providing security and control solutions is one of the most important tasks in national infrastructure projects. Our company has held training sessions on security solutions for technical and engineering personnel for several months, with the help of video surveillance system, public address, perimeter intrusion detection system, access control and high-tech radars for human and animal identification.

Health standards and compliance with hospital control requirements are of great importance. Some tasks of our group in this project were the design of safety systems (fire alarm system), security systems (video surveillance, access control, and nurse call system), and the control system (hospital intelligent management). The EPC contract, including the design, purchase, and implementation of the project, was of great importance to the employer. Our group has been able to satisfy the employer by producing standard documents, supplying equipment from well-known brands and implementing systems. The hospital's intelligent management system consisted of various ventilation, lighting, oxygen, clean rooms with positive air pressure and specific labs with negative air pressure.

The design and implementation of instrumentation control systems were conducted by our group for 5 units of the Clean room with very special ventilation and exhaust system using Siemens control system, through an EPC contract. The provision of designs, consulting and commissioning services was carried out for the units with great care.
Arg Mega Mall Project:
Position: Engineering Director
15 intelligent systems and telecommunication infrastructure are used in Tajrish Arg Megamall Project with a 75,000-square-meter of floor area. The contract was concluded as EPC. A six- person team did system designs. Hundred pages of documents, simulations and control system scenario were produced in audio acoustics, wireless coverage, and video surveillance. The equipment were supplied with great care. The Panasonic brand was used for video surveillance cameras, Milestone brand for management software, Canadian Delta Control for Intelligent building automation system, Cardax Brand for access control system, Meru brand for wireless system, integrated with GPON P2P. The hydraulic barriers were selected and Chinese AKE brand that enjoyed from the ultrasonic technology was chosen for parking management system. The number of UPS and emergency lights were carefully calculated and purchased. Digital signage advertising systems were designed and produced by domestic companies. Japanese TOA brand was used in public address system, and Honneywell’s Esser in fire alarm system. Systems integration process has been carefully examined and some solutions have been designed and implemented.
Ports Remote Viewing Project:

The ports remote viewing from head office in the capital was carried out by various telecommunication infrastructure as well as various solutions based on each region and type of brand. The received images were monitored and integrated in the capital by Genetec software. The use of various brands in this project and different transmission lines, such as fiber optic, MPLS, ADSL, FTTH, microwave radio, etc., has led us to use various image transfer protocols. Various hardware interfaces were used in this project, as a number of places were equipped with CCTV analog cameras. In addition, the implementation of the priority access level scenario on rotating cameras was very complicated because we needed different control scenarios, including control from the port by the security team, and the control from the capital.
Tabriz Metro Smart Systems Project
Position: Director of Safety and Security Systems and Director of Systems Integration
Tabriz Metro( first line) Project consisted of a 40-kilometer-length line, 18 stations, one OCC, and two depots in which 15 communication, control, and protection systems were implemented. The contract was concluded as EPC. A 40-person engineering team was selected for all stages of the project. Designing of systems was carried out based on the winners of the tender. At the beginning of the project, the required document lists were extracted. Then, the documents were produced according to the progress of the works. The large area of the project and the need for detailed observations made the team be continuously present in Tabriz. Various brands were selected for implementation of project systems. Video surveillance system (with HD quality cameras) was implemented using German DALLMEIER and Onvif –IP-based standard protocols. The task of the converters was to transfer the images of perimeter intrusion detection systems of depots. The Honeywell-branded equipment was chosen for access control and alarm system (implemented on the buses) of all the places. The Honeywell branded equipment was used in public address system, the Honeywell’s Esser branded equipment in fire alarm systems. Siemens brand and the BACnet protocol were used for the smart control of the ventilation system. Home brands were used for gateways and automatic payments systems. SDH was used for inter-station network infrastructure requirement and Cisco switches were used in stations. The design and implementation of VOIP phones, radios, wireless systems, leaky cables, and the passenger information system were performed according to the features of MyTel equipment. The integration of the systems was performed using various protocols and methods in this project. The project finished in two years under EPC form.
University Buildings Project
Italian Karel Brand was used for implementation of building management system (BMS), video surveillance system, access control, and emergency lighting systems in the buildings of Islamic Azad University. This project lasted only one year. The project consists of administrative buildings and a large hotel in mountains. The following tasks were performed in this project: detailed calculations of the BMS, extraction of the input and output lists, preparation of the list of materials and spare equipment, simulation by software, the extraction of monitoring graphics, and ultimately function block programming. The implementation of creative methods for integrating the equipment with multiple brands was performed using a central software, produced by our company. Therefore, the systems were integrated in a good manner for monitoring.
Beyhaghi Esfahani sports building project
Beyhaghi Sports Center was one of the most luxurious gyms with swimming pool, Jacuzzi and amazing sports facilities. The EPC contract was concluded for implementation of automation systems such as building management system (BMS), video surveillance system, access control system, tracking system, emergency lighting system, and public address system. This project finished within 5 months. As the network infrastructures and transmission lines of the boards were previously included in the designs, the following amazing intelligent systems were implemented in this project: Underwater sound system, temperature and humidity control system with the ability to enhance indoor air quality, illumination of curtains and integration with music in negative floors, BMS in various sports venues(implemented with the TAC-branded equipment), smart payment systems using RFID tags.
